VPNJH Setup Guide: From Subscription to Connection

Create an account and choose a plan, then get your subscription from the user panel, import it into a client, and test a route. Follow the steps on the page. If a menu label differs, use the option shown in your current client.

Account

Create an account and open the user panel

Open the VPNJH account creation page and enter a username and password as prompted. No email address is required, so choose a username you can recognize and a password you use only here. Check the page response after submitting: if the username is taken, try another one; if any fields are incomplete, fill them in and resubmit. Once your account is created, open the user panel. You’ll find the plan, subscription, and client download options there.

Keep your login details somewhere safe. To use the service on another device, sign in to the same account to view your active plan and subscription. If you already see the account overview, there’s no need to create another account. Make sure you’re signed in to the account you intend to use for your order, then go to the Plans page. Getting this step right helps you avoid searching for an order under a different account later.

Plan

Choose a plan based on your usage

Open the Plans section in the user panel and consider how you’ll use the service before comparing the options. VPNJH monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the date your plan starts. If your usage is concentrated in certain periods, compare the data packs: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. The key is not to pick the largest number, but to decide whether you prefer a monthly data allowance or a pack you can use over time.

Before submitting your order, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due to make sure they match the option you chose. Then complete payment as prompted in the panel. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the steps shown on the checkout page. After paying, return to the user panel to check your order and plan status. Don’t assume your plan is active just because the payment page redirected you. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh your account page and check the order before moving on, so you don’t submit the same action twice.

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you’re considering a change, review the billing details on the Plans page, then check the change information in the panel. VPNJH offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for how to request one. Once your plan is active, you can get your subscription and have your client load the available routes.

Subscription

Get your subscription from the account overview

Once your plan is active, return to the Account Overview in the user panel. Check your plan status, then look for the copy or one-click import option near your subscription details. Your subscription lets the client retrieve available routes; it is not your website login password. Import options depend on the panel and client you use: one option may open the client, while another may provide subscription details to paste into it. Use the method shown on the page—there’s no need to enter route settings manually.

If the panel doesn’t show a subscription option yet, check that you’re signed in to the account used for the order and that the order and plan status have updated. Don’t enter your account password in the client’s subscription field, and don’t post your subscription details in a public forum. After copying the subscription, leave the panel open while you choose your device platform and open the relevant client. If you need to retry the import, you can return here and use the option provided by the panel again.

Clients may label this action “Add Subscription,” “Import Subscription,” or “Add Configuration.” The wording varies, but the goal is the same: load the route list for your account into the client. Choose a route only after region and route names appear. If the list is still empty, return to the panel and check your plan and import source rather than repeatedly switching between similar empty configurations.

Client

Import the client for your platform

In the user panel, open the Download Clients section and select your platform. Sign in to get the client and subscription, then use the import option provided by the panel to finish setup. This page doesn’t provide standalone installers or subscription links. The platform-specific instructions below explain where to find the import option. Labels may change between versions, but the steps remain the same: open the compatible client, add the subscription, wait for the route list to load, then choose a route.

DESKTOP / WINDOWS

Windows

Get the Windows client from the panel and open it. Look for a “Subscription” or “Configuration” option in the main window or system tray menu. Choose Add or Import, then use the import method provided by the panel. If the client shows an input field, paste the subscription details you copied from the account overview. Save, then use the client’s update or refresh option and wait for the route list to appear. Don’t turn on global mode yet. First check that the regions and route types are displayed correctly, then move on to the connection check.

DESKTOP / MACOS

macOS

Choose the macOS client in the panel and open it. Look for configuration management in the app window or menu bar. Use “Import” or “Add Subscription” to add the details provided by the panel, then save and wait for the routes to sync. If the menu bar only shows a connection toggle, open the main app window to find subscription management instead. Once route names appear, make sure you’ve selected the configuration you just imported before connecting.

MOBILE / ANDROID

Android

Find the Android client option in the panel, then get and open the client as instructed. You can usually import a subscription from the home screen’s Add button or the configuration list. Use the import option provided by the panel, or paste the copied subscription details into the client’s designated subscription field. Save and wait for the list to load, then open the route picker and check that the region names are recognizable. If Android asks to allow a network connection, read the prompt and confirm only if you’re comfortable proceeding.

MOBILE / IOS

iOS

Check the user panel for instructions on getting and importing an iOS client, then open the recommended client. Go to its subscription or configuration page and choose Add to provide the subscription from the panel. When you’re done, return to the route list and check that it has synced. The first time you connect, iOS may ask for permission to add a network configuration. Read the prompt and confirm, then check the connection status in the client. If the list is still empty after granting permission, return to the subscription page and check the import rather than repeatedly trying to connect with an empty configuration.

VPNJH also supports Linux. To set it up, check the Linux client options in the panel, then visit the Help Center for instructions. On any platform, a successful subscription import means the client displays routes you can select—not just a “Saved” message.

Verify

Choose a route and verify your connection

Once the route list appears, choose a region based on the service you want to access, then consider the route type. For your first connection, try the region where the service is available or a nearby region. If the client lists IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections, start with one that suits your needs. There’s no need to cycle through several routes before testing. Click Connect and wait until the client clearly shows that you’re connected. Then open the website or app you plan to use and check that you can load pages, sign in, or continue with your task. Selecting a route alone doesn’t mean the connection is active.

When testing, check the client status separately from the actual result. If the client says it’s connected but the service reports that your region doesn’t match, first check the selected route’s exit region, then try one that meets the service’s requirements. If a page opens but stalls while loading content, switch to another route in the same region and compare the results. AI tools, web browsing, and streaming don’t all place the same demands on a connection. Testing with the task you actually want to do is more useful than relying on the connection icon alone.

If the client still can’t connect, check in order that your plan is active, the subscription list has updated, a working route is selected, and your device has a network connection. Retry after each change to help identify where the problem lies. For more tips on choosing a route, read How to Choose a VPN Route. Final checks

If your account shows an active plan, your client displays the synced routes, and the target service works as expected after connecting, you’re all set. When you switch devices later, sign in to the same user panel to get the client and subscription, then follow the import steps for that platform. Keep your subscription on your own devices and choose routes for the task at hand. To switch regions, you don’t need to place another order or create a new account.
