ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION

Account & Subscriptions

Find your subscription first, then manage device transfers and configuration updates. Keep your account details and subscription link on your personal devices.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is needed. Create an account with a username and password from the account creation page in the user panel. Choose a username you’ll recognize and keep your password safe. Once your account is set up, use the same credentials to sign in, view plans, get your subscription, and submit support tickets. Creating an account and choosing a plan are separate steps, so you can review the plans before deciding which one to use.

Where can I find and update my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and find your current subscription under Account Overview or the client downloads section. Use your client’s import feature to add it. When you switch plans or need to refresh the route list, find the client’s subscription update or configuration refresh option, then select a route again. Button names vary by client. If the old configuration still appears after refreshing, check that you imported the subscription currently shown for your account in the panel, rather than a previously saved copy. Your subscription link is account information—don’t share it publicly.

Do I need to buy again when I switch devices?

You don’t need to buy again just because you’ve switched devices. One account can be online on any number of devices at the same time. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get your current subscription, and import it into the relevant client. To compare connection performance during the move, check which route you use on the old device, then try a nearby region on the new one. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported; import screens vary by client and platform.

What if I’ve forgotten my password or can’t access my account?

First, check your username and password, including capitalization, keyboard input settings, and any spaces copied along with the text. If the sign-in page offers an account recovery option, follow its instructions. Since account creation doesn’t require an email address, email recovery may not be available. If you still can’t access your account, keep any details that can identify it and note the message you see. Once you can sign in to the panel, explain the issue in a support ticket. Don’t post your full password or subscription link on public pages or in chat logs.

CONNECTION / TROUBLESHOOTING

Connection Issues

Narrow down whether the issue is with your local network, client settings, or a specific app, then note the steps that reproduce it.

The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I do?

Open another website to see whether the problem affects one service or the entire connection. Then try another route in the same region, check that your device’s network is working, and make sure the client is routing traffic from your browser or app. If you’ve configured another proxy manually, check for conflicts with the current settings. If the issue persists, open a ticket in the panel with your platform, selected region, route type, and the error message. A clear description is more useful for troubleshooting than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

Why isn’t an app using the proxy?

A common cause is smart routing: the client may be sending the app’s connection over your local network. The app may also connect differently from your browser. Check whether the client is in split-tunneling or global mode, then compare how the app behaves in each. If global mode works, check whether the split-tunneling rules include the domains or connections the app needs. Save a copy of your original settings before changing the rules so you can restore them if compatibility issues arise.

Why can’t I see any routes after importing my subscription?

First, make sure you imported the subscription currently shown in the user panel—not a region name entered manually or an older saved configuration. Next, use the client’s subscription update feature and check the route list once the update finishes. If the client reports a parsing error, check that nothing was missed or copied with extra spaces. Import options may be under Configuration, Subscription, or Account, depending on the platform. If routes still don’t appear, include the client name and error message in a support ticket, but don’t attach your full subscription link.

What should I check if my connection keeps dropping?

Check whether regular websites also disconnect when you’re not using the current route. This helps distinguish a local network issue from a route problem. Then refresh your subscription, switch routes, and check whether your device has settings that pause network activity in the background. If only one app disconnects, note which app and what you were doing. If all apps disconnect at once, note your platform, route region, and any client messages. Include the conditions that trigger the issue in your support ticket; that’s more helpful than simply reporting a failed connection.

SPEED / ROUTES

Speed & Routes

The region determines your exit location, while the route type determines the connection path. Compare options one at a time based on what you need.

Which route should I use for smoother video during peak hours?

Start with a route in the region where the content is available, then compare route types in that region. IEPL, relay, and direct routes take different paths, and performance also depends on your local network, the service you’re accessing, and congestion at the time. For a fair comparison, use the same device and content, switch routes one at a time, and see whether loading or playback improves. If several regions are slow, check that your local network is stable, then review the available regions in the route list. Don’t judge speed by region name alone.

What’s the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?

These terms describe route paths; they don’t guarantee a set speed ranking for every website. IEPL routes are worth comparing when cross-border connection stability is a priority. Relay routes connect to the destination region through an intermediate node, while direct routes use a direct connection path for that region. When choosing, start with the exit region the service requires, then compare the performance of different route types in that region. If a route works well for browsing but not for continuous playback or long-lived connections, switch based on your use case rather than repeatedly retrying.

What should I do if an AI tool stops responding partway through?

Streaming responses need a connection that stays open; being able to load a webpage doesn’t guarantee a smooth extended session. Save anything you’re working on, then refresh the page or submit the request again. If it keeps happening, try another route in the same region and check whether a browser extension or your local network is interfering. Also check the tool’s account status, regional requirements, and usage limits. If only one tool is affected, include its name, whether you’re using the website or a development environment, and the region selected in your client when you submit a ticket.

Where should I start when there are so many regions to choose from?

VPNJH offers routes in 120+ countries, with 160+ routes. Start by considering what you need: for a service with regional requirements, choose the region it requires; for everyday browsing, try a nearby region; for video and sustained interactive sessions, focus on connection stability. Region is just a starting point—route type and your local network also affect performance. Browse available options by region in the route list and try them one at a time in your client; there’s no need to test every route at once.

Want to browse routes by region? Visit the route list. If one route isn’t a good fit, try another—the little cloud-side box will keep the connection going.

PLANS / REFUNDS

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plan data resets on your start date; data packages last until used. Check the product type before comparing plans.

What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the day your plan starts, not on a set calendar date. Consider your usual video streaming, file transfers, and browsing when choosing a plan. If your usage temporarily increases, check your current plan and remaining data in the panel before making a change. Plan details are listed on the plans page; manage and select plans in the user panel.

Can I upgrade if I run out of data on my monthly plan?

You can view the available monthly plans in the user panel. If you upgrade partway through your billing period, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Data still resets monthly on your plan’s start date. Before changing plans, check your current plan, usage, and the change details shown in the panel to make sure the new option suits your needs. If you only need extra data for a while, you can also compare data packages. The two products work differently, so don’t choose based on the listed price alone.

What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly plan?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the day your plan starts. Data package data stays available until it’s used and never expires. Packages are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. If your usage is consistent, compare the monthly plans first. If it varies with projects or travel, consider a data package. Check the product type on the plans page and confirm your selection in the user panel so you know whether the data resets monthly or lasts until used.

How do I request a refund, and what payment methods are supported?

VPNJH offers 30-day refunds for any reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details and your request. Keep an eye out for replies in the ticket. See the refund policy for full terms. Payments are supported via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; check the checkout page in the user panel for available options. For help with orders or payments, contact support through the panel and don’t post order details publicly.
